What we collect

• What you give us in the request form: your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, Social Security number, driver’s license or state ID number, income and employment details, and bank routing and account numbers.
• What we collect automatically: your IP address, browser type, the page that referred you, the marketing source that brought you here, and how far you got in the form.

How we use it

• To share your request with lenders and lending partners so they can consider it.
• To prevent duplicate and fraudulent requests.
• To measure and improve the site and our marketing.
• To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.

Who we share it with

Sharing your information is the purpose of this service. When you submit a request, we send it, including your Social Security number and bank account details, to lenders, lead networks and other lending partners, who may in turn share it with their own lenders and partners. We are paid for this. Each recipient handles your information under its own privacy policy.

We also share information with service providers who host and secure the site, and with authorities when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Requests are sent over an encrypted connection. The full request is stored encrypted, and we erase it after a limited retention period, keeping only non-identifying statistics. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information once it has been passed to a lender or partner.

Your choices

• Do not sell or share my information: email support@borrowlinknow.com and we will stop sharing your information going forward and delete what we hold. We cannot recall information already sent to a lender or partner; contact them directly.
• Access and deletion: you may ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions. Residents of some states have additional rights under state law.
• Calls and texts: consent to marketing calls and texts is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling the caller.

Children

This site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
